2 tablespoons flax seed powder
1 mango
1 green apple
1 banana
1 cup fresh Kale (organic, chopped)
1 cup fresh Spinach (organic, chopped)
2 medium carrots
1 celery rib
5 cups of water
½ teaspoon honey (optional)
8 ice cubes
Preparation:
1st Step: lightly roast and grind the flax seeds;
2nd Step: Rinse all vegetables
3rs Step: Peel and chop the carrots, apple, mango and banana
4th Step: Mix all ingredients and blend in the food processor. Serve it immediately.
